Das zweite Artist Taxi verbrauchte keinen Sprit und sah fantastisch aus
| Es war nämlich ein virtueller Jeep in einer Internet-Welt. Ich habe ihn 2008 in einem Second-Life-Blog mit untenstehendem Foto präsentiert, und 2012 nochmals für eine englischsprachige Coummunity ausgegraben. Einige englische 2012-Kommentare zu diesem flotten Wagen - bei Bedarf mit Zeppelin darüber - sind unter dem Bild zu lesen. "Second Life" ist eine virtuelle Welt, in der ich mich von 2007 bis 2010 herumtrieb. | In der virtuellen Welt - Second Life ist auch nach zehn Jahren Existenz noch der Platzhirsch - lassen sich nach längerem Einlernen in die Bau- und Bewegungs-Prinzipien Kunstideen ausladend formulieren. Also Projekte, die vom Bau her zwei Millionen bräuchten und durch Feuerschutz, Sicherheitsschutz, Auflagen des Gesundheitsschutzes und Forderungen für Behindertengerechtigkeit in Deutschland dann zehn Millionen kosteten, lassen sich hier für 100 Euro in zwei Monaten schon mal bauen. Man muss allerdings schon ein Jahr lang Kenntnisse erwerben im Umgang mit "Prims" und Skripten. |

additional information I had a girl friend 2008 in Second Life, Millane, who enjoyed driving around with me for hours, getting out of the car and taking some looks, inviting people to join the car. Here we are three avatars in a "Mondrian Car" that I designed, on a street in "West Haven" with a huge fantasy Zeppelin following us. Evolving the artist taxi idea I remembered: We made already those "Artist Taxi" drives in the virtual world in harvest 2008. It was just unnecessary to name the idea. There was no artist´s pathos around. It was an idea of entertainment, with the aim to create nomadic parties. |
virtual taxi drive Chris: I wonder why people still make trickfilms and construct comics. Since five years now there are those virtual worlds. From architekture to dressing - they make computer simulations so easy. Just life must return to reality... here we live a bit and drive a bit around in Second Live.
